Abstract

On September 16, 2011, President Obama signed the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act (the Patent Reform Act) in to law. This Act makes significant changes to the way that patents are prosecuted and enforced in the United States. Please join us for a presentation to outline the major changes in the patent law and how these changes affect the innovation lifecycle within the university.
