Join us for a Skype interview with an Applications Engineer and Sales Support at Instron where we will discuss the day-to-day duties of an applications engineer, the transition from college to industry, and general career advice. Bring questions or just a listening ear!
Instron designs, manufactures, and sells/ services mechanical testing equipment - so, tensile, compression, flex, peel, friction, cyclic testing type stuff. Elena specifically works with customers to determine the appropriate mechanical testing of devices in the forms of support, product management, and training. She works with Medical Device manufacturers on how to mechanically evaluate their products and travels to large biomedical companies frequently.
